Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's level degree in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline.
Experience

Seven (7) years professional experience in curriculum development. Experience in:

  • Conducting and supervising training and development programs for employees and external customers
  • Planning and program development to identify and assess training needs, trainers research all problems
  • Helping employees develop new skills and enhance productivity while improving the quality of work
  • Setting up teaching materials and lesson plans prior to the class
  • Issuing completion certificates at the end of the class
  • Planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of training activities
  • Responding to corporate and worker service requests
  • Consulting with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services
  • In government-supported training programs, functioning as case managers – assessing the training needs of clients and then guide them through the most appropriate training method

TS/SCI level Clearance required.

Job Description

The scope of work covers systems engineering, technical, and management support services for the government and its associated acquisition, technology, logistics, and program management offices. Support is provided to multiple stakeholders responsible for the development, integration, and sustainment of specialized operational capabilities. The scope of support includes program management, engineering analysis and design, configuration management, testing, quality control, sustainment, cybersecurity, training, and field service representative (FSR) support for a static collection capability that functions as a subsystem within a larger integrated system.

This is in support of the development, production, and sustainment of specialized intelligence capabilities. Configuration management and associated systems engineering activities are conducted through a collaborative effort among multiple government and partner organizations to ensure interoperability, performance, and lifecycle support. Depending on the size, goals, and nature of the organization, trainers may differ considerably in their responsibilities and in the methods they use.

Training methods include on-the-job training, operating schools that duplicate shop conditions for trainees prior to putting them on the shop floor, apprenticeship training, classroom training, and electronic learning, multimedia programs, distance learning, satellite training, other computer-aided instructional technologies, videos, simulators, conferences, and workshops.
