Oversee the digital project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.

Governance & Oversight

Implement governance structures to ensure consistent project management.
Monitor progress, address risks, and maintain timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to refine digital strategies.
Build relationships across the organization to secure alignment and support.

Resource & Budget Management

Oversee allocation of resources and budgets for digital initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the portfolio.

Innovation & Improvement

Evaluate emerging technologies for organizational impact.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain an executive portfolio dashboard with status, risks, and performance metrics.
Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or change management, ideally in a digital transformation capacity
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital project management and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
