Strategic Management
- Oversee the digital project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
- Implement governance structures to ensure consistent project management.
- Monitor progress, address risks, and maintain timelines and budgets.
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to refine digital strategies.
- Build relationships across the organization to secure alignment and support.
- Oversee allocation of resources and budgets for digital initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the portfolio.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for organizational impact.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an executive portfolio dashboard with status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or change management, ideally in a digital transformation capacity
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital project management and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
- Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
