This position is contingent on contract award, expected to begin in July 2026.
Technical / Operational Background:
- DCOPS / data center operations
- Enterprise VDI / end user computing
Location:Charleston, SC (primary – must be local or willing to relocate immediately)
Salary: Limited by government contracting regulations, commensurate with experience
Position ResponsibilitiesOverall program authority, government interface, execution control across all domains for a large, cloud based Health IT program for the DHA.
Required Qualifications & Skills- 15+ years total experience
- 10+ years managing large-scale DoD IT programs ($50M+ preferred)
- Direct experience supporting DHA, VA, or similar healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Experience managing CPFF contracts and multi-partner teams
