You are responsible for leading the team that shapes how every associate experiences technology at Le Creuset - from the laptop they open each morning to the collaboration tools they rely on all day. You and your team strive to deliver a seamless, secure, and modern digital workplace experience across the organization. You enjoy improving the technology stack and you know what a great employee technology experience looks like.

It is your mission to never accept the status quo and to always look for ways to simplify, enhance, and modernize how associates work. Your attention to detail and end-user perspective ensures that you are an advocate for driving the technology experience forward.

• Lead the Digital Workplace team daily support operations
• Identify & improve services that relate to user computing experience
• Management of SLAs & KPIs related to service & improvement

• Manage & improve the end-user device lifecycle (Windows and Apple) across corporate, retail, and distribution environments, including endpoint management platform (Intune)
• Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, One Drive) and drive adoption of new digital workplace tools such as Copilot and other M365 applications
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning workflows for end users and their equipment
• Responsible for implementing standards, roadmap projects, & policies
• Vendor coordination for local MSPs and service providers
• Partner with the Security team on endpoint compliance, conditional access, and data protection controls affecting end-user devices
• Partner with Retail Delivery and Supply Chain Support teams to provide a world-class technology experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and can-do attitude with previous experience managing digital workplace, end-user computing, or user support teams.
• Experience working with users of all types (tech savvy and not so savvy)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management (Intune), and identity/access fundamentals
• Strong organizational skills to effectively balance competing priorities
• A leader that is willing to jump into the technical work themselves, if needed
