Morgan & Morgan is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to deliver on-site and remote support across the Charleston region. You will install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, assist users, and manage tickets in Service Now within SLA.
Travel to firm locations and coordinated vendor engagement may be required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT service roles, experience with Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and a working knowledge of networking.
