IT Support Supervisor

We're looking for an IT Support Supervisor for an onsite role in Charleston, SC.

• 3 years of help desk/technical support experience, with demonstrated advanced troubleshooting ability
• Customer support experience
• Technical support experience
• Must be willing to travel between offices as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or unresolved help desk tickets
• Actively resolve user support tickets, maintaining a high level of hands-on technical involvement
• Mentor and coach junior support staff on technical troubleshooting and best practices
• Help maintain and refine user support service policies, guidelines, standards, and processes
• Monitor ticket queues and issue tracking system to identify trends, recurring issues, and process gaps
• Provide input to the IT Support Manager on service level performance and areas needing improvement

• College degree or equivalent experience
