Job DescriptionThis firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice. The firm has 5 finance groups: securitization, renewable energy project finance, syndicated loans, public bonds, and real estate finance.
Requirements- 1–7 years of experience in finance transactional law at Am Law 200 Firm
- Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions (preferred: 5+ years)
- Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be barred in South Carolina
- Salary depends on years of experience
- Hybrid: 3 days in-office
- Visa sponsorship not available
