Program Supply Chain Specialist
As a Program Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace by ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day communication between the OSS FAL Manager and the team at the assigned Air Framer location, the Safran Business Unit Program Teams, Aftermarket Teams, and Shipping Teams responsible for supplying parts to the FAL.
- Liaise directly with Air Framer Procurement Agents and Program Managers (Boeing, Airbus, Embraer) at the assigned FAL location to coordinate parts requirements, order status, schedule alignment, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate with Safran Business Unit Aftermarket Teams to ensure aftermarket and post‑delivery parts requirements are tracked, communicated, and fulfilled in alignment with FAL program schedules.
- Engage with Safran Business Unit Shipping Teams to monitor outbound shipment status, identify transit delays, and proactively communicate expected parts arrival dates to the OSS FAL team and Air Framer counterparts.
- Process all Order Requests timely to meet Air Framer response time goals at the assigned FAL location and, if needed, escalating delays to the Program Coordination Manager through appropriate communication channels.
- Associate’s degree in a related business management or engineering discipline, or 3 years of related experience in lieu of an Associate’s level degree.
- Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management certification preferred.
- Additional 3 years’ experience in administrative, supply‑chain, program coordination, billing, or accounting roles.
- Experience engaging with Air Framer Procurement Agents or Program Managers in a parts coordination or supply‑chain support role preferred.
- Familiarity with Safran or an equivalent Tier 1 Business Unit program and aftermarket processes is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent written, spoken, and verbal communication skills.
