Your Role:
Groundskeeper

As a PMG Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for the daily presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of our property. You’ll play a vital role in creating a beautiful, welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Grounds Care

• Maintain property grounds, common areas, and building exteriors
• Remove trash from office areas, dumpster corrals, and community perimeter daily
• Assist with “trash outs” of vacant units
• Support maintenance staff in cleaning apartments, models, and common areas
• Report maintenance needs in apartments or shared spaces
• Perform light troubleshooting of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues
• Maintain pool cleanliness and chemical levels (if applicable)
• Check irrigation systems regularly
• Perform routine preventative maintenance

Resident & Team Support

• Represent the property with professionalism at all times
• Assist with resident communication (notices, flyers, etc.)
• Contribute to resident satisfaction and retention efforts
• Support community events and PMG “Gives Back” initiatives

Administrative & Compliance

• Follow company policies and safety protocols
• Stay compliant with required training and certifications
• Maintain accurate logs and equipment use as needed

Requirements Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 months of experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset

Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

• CFC, CPO, HVAC

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance
• Must provide your own basic tools
