Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and proficiency with Yardi, Happy Co and Real Page.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday; 9am–6pm, subject to change. Housing discount: 40% for eligible housing options. Must have own hand tools unless prohibited by state law.
