Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday; 9am-6pm. Requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience; EPA 608 Certification preferred;
Yardi or similar maintenance work order systems experience preferred. Housing discount available at 20%.
