• Energetic leader who loves building and developing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Five to Seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Track record of training and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
• Experience evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month‑end, and year‑end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Strong GAAP knowledge to ensure that all accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
