A reputable, long-standing General Contractor based in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead upcoming ground-up Commercial projects

• Proven experience managing commercial & Multifamily projects with a GC
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead all phases of construction from buyout to closeout
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation work
• Track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget
• Oversee daily project operations from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Use project management software to monitor and report progress
• Enforce company safety policies and jobsite compliance
