Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading complex concrete projects, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and company leadership to ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, and executed to our high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans
• Review labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budget compliance
• Oversee productivity, cost control, quality, and safety in alignment with company standards
• Coordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, scheduling, and budgeting
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure alignment on plans, schedules, and expectations
• Manage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to job sites
• Prepare and issue change orders, proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedules
