Are you a hands‑on technology leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and people development? We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader – Application Development to lead our development team and oversee a portfolio of business‑critical application initiatives.

This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and team management to ensure high‑quality solutions that support and advance business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–10 software developers
• Manage multiple concurrent application development projects from initiation through deployment
• Prioritize project portfolio and allocate resources effectively
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions
• Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement efforts

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a management or team leadership role
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
