Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager

Reliance Global Logistics is pleased to offer the position of Client Success Representative in the Charleston, SC metropolitan area. We are looking for candidates who have experience as an account manager or project manager, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, client facing role.
This role will focus on mastering the basics of what it takes to deliver the Reliance Promise. As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for the daily operations of existing and new client accounts brought on by our sales team. You will focus on managing the entire shipment life cycling including load building, scheduling appointments, tracking shipments while providing timely updates internally and externally, while also building relationships with our clients.
You will work on mastering these skills, and work to develop other tasks to continue building your skill set within Client Success. You must possess a high attention to detail as well as be process oriented, relational, efficient, proactive, solutions driven, a problem solver and comfortable with effectively performing operational duties independently, as well as working collaboratively across our different departments.
You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellence in everything you do.

What you’re expected to do:Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communication
- Understand client goals, expectations, and service requirements to ensure consistent delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts
- Manage the full shipment lifecycle within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Monitor and proactively manage shipment events and exceptions
- Assign capacity to open loads
- Ensure all account Standard Operating Procedures (ASOPs) are accurately followed
- Process cargo claims and resolve rate discrepancies or billing disputes
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Quote new and existing business opportunities across multiple transportation modes
- Ensure maximum revenue capture through strategic pricing and opportunity management
- Support Client Success Manager in account growth initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Accounting to ensure expenses and billing are processed accurately
- Communicate effectively across team to resolve operational challenges
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of account management, project management types of roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well with a diverse group of people
- Displays a high level of integrity
- Excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Microsoft Office skills required with solid working knowledge of Quick Books
