Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations leadership, or large-scale initiative execution Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives Familiarity with Agile delivery environments;
Agile certification preferred
Experience with problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
