About The Role

A mid sized commercial general contractor with a strong presence in Charleston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. This company delivers a diverse portfolio of corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education projects and has built a strong reputation for quality, repeat business and long term client relationships.

This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee both ground up and renovation commercial builds, working closely with Superintendents, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per annum base + bonus

• Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing ground up or renovation commercial projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
