Our culture is non-negotiable. Our leadership bench is being built now.

This is where leaders come to grow.

Our Mission

We exist to transform collision repair into a transparent, trusted, high-performing experience — for customers, employees, and partners alike.

Our Culture CORE

Trust. Transparency. Ownership. We lead from the front.

We evolve. We refine. We improve. Standing still is not an option.

Operational Agility

Flow beats hurry. Smart execution wins.

Relentless Quality & Safety Empowered Team Ownership

We think like owners. We rise by lifting others.

Recognition matters here. Great leadership does not go unnoticed.

About the Role

This is not just a shop management role. We are looking for a
people-first operator
who can:

  • Lead and develop Service Advisors, Parts Coordinators, Body Technicians, and Paint Technicians
  • Coach customer service excellence into every interaction
  • Tell the story behind the numbers — and use financials to drive better decisions
  • Balance operational necessity with team capacity
  • Shorten rental lengths and improve production flow
  • Communicate upward with clarity and downward with purpose
  • Build accountability without losing culture

Collision experience is valuable — but leadership skill, coachability, emotional intelligence, and operational discipline matter more.

You must be someone who:

  • Thinks two steps ahead
  • Protects culture
  • Operates with ownership

This role reports to the Regional Manager and is a stepping stone to future Regional Leadership for the right candidate.

What Success Looks Like
  • Strong NPS and customer trust
  • Healthy production flow and controlled cycle time
  • Profitable parts and materials management
  • Financial clarity and accurate reporting
  • A team that grows, improves, and stays engaged
  • A shop culture where standards are high and morale is strong
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong operational discipline and financial acumen
  • Ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into action
  • A coaching mindset and desire to develop others
  • Accountability without ego
  • A desire to grow into higher leadership roles

Collision repair industry experience is preferred, but strong operational leadership from other industries will be considered.

  • Up to 14 days of PTO annually (prorated in first year)
  • 1 Floating Holiday
  • PTO available for use after 90 days of employment
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Voluntary life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities

This role is part of our long-term leadership development track.
