Your tasks- High Pressure Pump manufacturing represents high-speed, high-precision machining and assembly lines requiring continuous support from driven individuals who can learn various manufacturing technologies to provide leadership and assistance when necessary.
- Our TPM Reliability team acts as primary support for assembly and machining equipment. Engineers develop strategies and actions based on data analysis and real-time monitoring to support and guide maintenance resources, including preventive/predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, line downtime, spare parts, and technician training to maintain good operation of our assembly lines.
- The TPM group ensures reliability, efficiency, and safety of automated assembly equipment with the goal of maximizing technical availability of machining and assembly equipment.
- Principle Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal and safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards, and process specifications; ensure the team follows these as well.
- Manage processes within area of responsibility to align with the business plan.
- Support TPM Team Leader to efficiently manage projects and activities to achieve Policy Deployment objectives.
- Apply BPS methods and systems to improve lean maturity including Total Productive Maintenance for high Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Support the HDP and HTC TPM teams with CIP maintenance systems, improving performance from Reactive Maintenance to Predictive Maintenance and toward Precision Maintenance.
- Develop and drive Total Predictive Maintenance and Maintenance Planning strategies.
- Organize weekly Value Stream reviews for TPM and OEE performance using PDCA.
- Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance logs, and failure patterns to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
- Adopt systematic problem-solving techniques.
- Redesign or modify equipment and components to enhance maintainability and reduce failure rates.
- Implement RPP measures to improve maintenance KPIs (e.g., tool life extension, localization of tools/spare parts, updating obsolete MRO).
- Partner with other Bosch locations and external organizations for benchmarking and sharing TPM best practices.
- Provide knowledge transfer and lessons learned across the team; provide training and mentoring in TPM at all levels.

- B.S. Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing processes including Lean Systems
- Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance
- Experience in High Speed, High Precision Automated Manufacturing
- Must possess:
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills (persuasive)
- Strong presentation skills for shop floor and management
- Strong project management/planning abilities with organizational skills and persistence
- Solid understanding of Lean Principles and TPM systems
