Secret Position Overview

ISPA Technology is looking to hire a Systems Engineer to provide expert‑level technical and operational support to Navy and Marine Corps programs. This role will deliver leadership across software development lifecycle activities and mission‑critical systems.

• Provide subject matter expertise supporting Navy and Marine Corps programs
• Support systems and operational requirements development and analysis
• Perform data analysis, test and evaluation, and training activities as required
• Advise stakeholders across the software development lifecycle
• Serve as a recognized technical leader within industry and/or public service environments

• Technical training in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and/or System Administration
• 12 years of hands‑on experience supporting Navy and Marine Corps programs

Experience may be concurrent. Demonstrated leadership and recognition as an expert in software development lifecycle activities.
