, an established sales and distribution company and a leading metal casting supplier to major U.S. OEMs, is seeking a Painter Prepper to join our Paint Department. We provide a broad range of products and services through our supplier partners in China, India, and Vietnam. This is a Full‑time, Hourly Non‑exempt in‑office position based at our Hanahan, SC warehouse. Hourly rate will be dependent on direct / relevant experience ranging between $21 / hr. to $22 / hr.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the paint mixing room, spray booth, and spray equipment.
• Must have excellent vision for both close and far as well as color.
• Perform repetitive‑motion tasks with precision.
• Prepare product for the paint application process by Sanding, removing oils, debris and imperfections of the cast product, and taping off product and / or components where paint should not be applied.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements to include but not limited to:
  Lift, Carry, Push, pull 50 lbs. or more, Stand & Walk for 8 hours per day, consistently work in awkward positions such as bending, squatting and comfortable with use of vibratory and other hand tools.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Ability to comprehend detailed instructions.
• Excellent eye and hand coordination.
• Ability to properly weigh and mix chemicals.
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift with heavy loads.

• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
