They are looking for a Chemical Engineer who enjoys taking formulations from development into full-scale production while improving processes, reducing variation, and making manufacturing more efficient. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of process engineering, manufacturing, and materials science alongside a collaborative technical team.

• Optimize manufacturing processes involving mixing, compounding, coating, curing, and other chemical processing operations
• Lead process improvements that increase yield, throughput, and product consistency
• Scale new formulations from the laboratory into commercial manufacturing
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods
• Partner closely with chemists, operations, quality, and manufacturing engineering
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives that have a measurable impact on plant performance

• Chemical process engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Process scale-up, validation, and commercialization
• Continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Batch or continuous chemical processing
• Elastomers, polymers, specialty chemicals, coatings, or similar materials manufacturing

This is a highly visible engineering role where your work will directly influence manufacturing performance, product quality, and future product introductions.
