Enviva seeks an Assistant Shift Supervisor to support the shift supervisor, help meet production goals and back up the team leader in Pellet Mill and Hammermill operations. You will coordinate daily tasks, monitor safety, and maintain efficient, clean processes in a fast-paced plant.
Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, strong math/measurement skills, and the ability to document performance. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; industrial experience is a plus.
