Safety is always a priority for all employees at R2P Innovations and is everyone’s responsibility.

• Generate production drawings to be used on the manufacturing floor.
• Support the production team with necessary documents and changes in a timely manner.
• Review and revise drawings for production.

• Operates computer‑aided design (CAD) system, nesting program (Tru Tops), and peripheral equipment to create electronic data for CNC machinery and Machinists to process job orders.
• Operates the Trumpf Laser safely and efficiently.
• Maintains production drawings of R2P Innovations' customers and layout assembly systems to meet customer expectations for quality, cost, design and delivery by performing the following duties.
• Reviews customer requirements and incorporate into design details.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure that designed products can be made from specified materials and will meet customer needs.
• Suggest alterations or modifications of design to obtain specified functional and operational performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a good understanding of CAD systems and the capabilities to quickly learn R2P Innovations' preferred software.
  
  Minimum of two years of Tru Tops experience.
• Minimum of two years of Drafting experience, which preferably includes the following:
  Solid Works or Inventor is a plus.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
