The Development Associate supports Anchor & Oak’s fundraising and revenue-generation service lines. This role is a full-time, client-facing position focused on helping nonprofit partners build strong fundraising systems, manage donor communications, and execute campaigns. Working closely with the Principal, the Associate contributes to projects ranging from annual fund strategy to major gift campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily fundraising operations for multiple clients (donor acknowledgments, gift tracking, CRM updates, reporting).
- Draft case materials, appeal letters, and stewardship communications.
