Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Maintain clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care
• Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs
• Integrate current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services
• Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving
• Be caring, compassionate, have good communication skills, maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
