Novant Health is opening a new 11-bed Satellite Emergency Department on Clements Ferry and is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader to provide clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.

This leader partners with the Nurse Manager to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional patient experience while supporting Novant Health’s mission, vision, and First Do No Harm safety behaviors.

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• Current RN license in South Carolina
• Minimum two years of clinical RN experience preferred
• Prior nursing leadership experience preferred
• BLS and required life support certifications

• Provide daily clinical leadership and operational oversight
• Coordinate safe, efficient patient care
• Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth
• Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with staffing, productivity, and budget management
