Registered Nurse II - Peds Critical Care - Float Team ($30K Sign On Bonus)

Join MUSC Health as an RN II in our pediatric critical care float pool. The role offers flexible scheduling and $30K sign‑on bonus for external candidates with at least 2 years pediatric critical care experience.

Meduflex is MUSC Charleston’s inpatient float pool supporting a wide range of patient care units across the downtown campus. The team offers RNs flexible scheduling and additional float differential pay. RNs float between the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and Neonatal ICU — caring for critically ill and specialized pediatric patients. Flexibility to support Intermediate units and other floors at Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital as needed.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year pediatric critical care work experience as a registered nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN licensure in South Carolina or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Ability to perform job functions while standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must work rotating shifts, be able to perform repetitive motions, and maintain hearing, vision, and tactile sensory functions.
