Position: Assistant Director of Nursing

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate for this position should possess excellent time management, superiororganization skills, be an exceptional communicator, and with some understanding of Long-Term Care regulations. Ideal candidate is very organized, works well with a team, is able to educate to all types of backgrounds, and wants to maintain a safe environment for our residents’ patients and employees.

Position Highlights:

• Monitors to see that treatments and medications are administered as ordered
• Maintains a system to insure knowledge of patient status (such as: makes daily rounds of all patients).
• Ability to plan and direct nursing service in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the medical/health care community, patients and families.

Job Type: Full Time

Experience:

• Must have South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader
• Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player
• Must be willing to work as a floor nurse if needed
• Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred
