RN Nurse, Travel Nurse, Healthcare Nursing
Operating Room Registered Nurse
This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse. The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts. There is no on-call requirement. The nurse may be required to work up to one weekend shift per four-week schedule period. Travelers will be required to work at least one holiday period during the contract. The nurse will need to float within scope to meet facility needs.
Two years of experience in an Operating Room setting is strongly preferred. Candidates with first-time travel experience are accepted. An active RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact RN license is required. BLS certification is required, and a radiation badge will be provided by the agency. Experience in scrub roles is strongly preferred. The facility prioritizes non-local candidates. Local candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Candidates with pending licenses may still be considered if proof of application is provided. All time off requests must be included at the time of submission. All candidates may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November.
