We offer evidence‑based medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) in outpatient office‑based clinics across Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Our mission is to improve health equity and deliver high‑quality care to over 26,500 patients nationwide.

Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical provider’s orders. Dispense daily and take‑home medication at the dosing window. Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff to ensure continuity of patient care.

Maintain accurate patient documentation, including assessments for impairment. Ensure medication counts are correct and completed daily. Follow compliance policies around documentation practices and expectations. Participate in nursing team meetings and cross‑treatment meetings. Connect with patients, offering empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state where you will practice (or a multi‑state compact status license).
• License in good standing, unencumbered, and active; any disciplinary actions will be reviewed case‑by‑case.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood from collapsed veins is a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Monday‑Friday; 5:00am–11:30am.
