Southern Health Partners is hiring a Full-Time RN or LPN Medical Team Administrator at the Laurens County Detention Center.

What You'll Do:
Help oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical department ️ Provide and support quality patient care within the facility Assist with maintaining clinical standards, policies, and procedures Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care Support documentation, compliance, and healthcare coordination Serve as a dependable clinical resource for the medical team Work in a structured, secure environment where your nursing expertise makes a difference

What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license in the state of South Carolina Nursing experience required; correctional healthcare experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Compassionate, professional approach to patient care Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following facility policies
