Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 29118!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Orangeburg, SC

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:5–6
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November)

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Demonstrated telemetry competency

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

• Opportunity to work at a Level III Trauma, acute care facility with 286 staffed beds using Epic charting and complimentary parking
