Inner Healing Charleston is seeking a full-time or part-time compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its growing team in Charleston, South Carolina. As one of Charleston’s leading physician-owned psychiatric centers, our practice provides comprehensive mental health services. We are committed to delivering innovative, patient-centered care through both traditional psychiatric treatment and advanced interventional therapies, including Spravato® (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
This is an excellent opportunity for a PMHNP who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and interested in practicing within a collaborative, forward-thinking behavioral health environment.
Position Highlights
- Collaborative team of psychiatric providers and support staff
- Ample administrative time
- Exposure to and training in innovative treatments including Spravato® and TMS
- Established patient base with strong community reputation
- Administrative and clinical support to help providers focus on patient care
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Supervise and administer Spravato (esketamine) treatment sessions in accordance with REMS protocol
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives as appropriate
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- Active South Carolina PMHNP license
- Active DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Two years or more work experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Interest or experience in interventional psychiatry, including TMS and Spravato®
- Salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 depending on prior experience
