Lawn Maintenance Technician

The Grounds Guys of Ballantyneis hiring a Lawn Maintenance Technician to deliver clean, professional properties with a team culture built on respect, integrity, and having fun.

$17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience and ability to drive.

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties to our quality standard
• Basic landscape maintenance (weeding, light pruning, bed touch-ups)
• Care for trucks, trailers, and equipment, keep sites clean
• Spot and report turf or plant health issues
• Work safely and communicate professionally with customers

• Reliable, punctual, team-first attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license preferred, experience is a plus

• You show up on time, ready to work
• Your stripes are straight, edges are crisp, and cleanup is thorough
• You work efficiently without cutting corners
• You communicate clearly and help the team improve
