What’s a typical day as TS40 – Quality Control Inspector I? You’ll be:
  • Inspecting components, sub-assemblies, and finished products for quality compliance.
  • Working with Quality Management to implement sampling plans and inspection procedures.
  • Collecting and analyzing quality data to achieve organizational quality objectives.
  • Reviewing and ensuring documentation meets quality standards.
  • Conducting First Article, incoming component, and in-process inspections as per plans and specifications.
  • Using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify product conformity.
  • Auditing and monitoring quality requirements in accordance with company and customer specifications.
  • Documenting and reporting inspection findings, and monitoring corrective actions.
  • Promoting and following internal quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuously assessing opportunities for improvement within quality management systems.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have hands‑on quality and manufacturing experience in an ISO‑certified environment (must have).
  • Are proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs (must have).
  • Have experience with Document Control software (preferred).
  • Are familiar with SAP, ISO‑9001, and quality systems such as DFx or FMEA (preferred).
  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (must have).
  • Are detail‑oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Are committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety.
