This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in the greater Charleston, SC area. The Agent will be responsible for managing and growing their real estate portfolio, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. Daily activities include attending client consultations, showcasing properties, negotiating contracts, and staying informed on local market trends and real estate regulations.

The role also requires cultivating long-term client relationships to ensure seamless and positive experiences.

• Valid Real Estate License is required
• Knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with the local Charleston County, SC real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and real estate-related software is preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
