Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Research Specialist II to assist in liver disease research. Under supervision of the PI, you will conduct routine experiments in a basic biomedical lab, focusing on transgenic mouse colonies, histology, IHC, and imaging.
Responsibilities include designing experiments, ordering reagents, maintaining records, and supporting mouse husbandry, tissue processing, PCR, and western blotting.
