Bishop Gadsden - : [Kitchen Staff / Grill Cook / Prep Cook] As a Line Cook at Bishop Gadsden, you'll:
Be responsible for preparing (cutting, chopping, mixing) and cooking (grilling, sautéing and other cooking methods) hot and cold food items as well as accompaniments, and garnishes as directed by the Executive Chef;
Demonstrate general knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques in daily work;
Prepare and creatively assemble hot entrees, sandwiches, sauces and vegetables with accuracy and speed;
Complete the tasks of advance preparations as needed.
