Prepare breakfast bar items and assist in food preparation following hotel standard recipes;
Assist in preparation and display of buffet food items according to standards;
Maintain kitchen line and prepare food to order during operating hours with high efficiency;
Breakdown breakfast buffet and kitchen line, storing food and equipment properly at the end of each meal;
Maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor toward guests and coworkers
