General Manager

Overview

McDonald's franchisee posting for a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM leads a team to achieve restaurant goals and develops the organization to improve results.

• Lead a team of Department Managers with defined responsibilities, set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Ensure the restaurant operates in alignment with quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

• Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
