We are seeking a detail-oriented Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of various dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for cutting, chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients for the chefs.

• Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats
• Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes under the supervision of the chefs
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
• Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
