This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal.

Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
• Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation

• Prior experience as a Cook highly preferred
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
