Overview

An inviting oasis in the heart of one of the world’s most beloved cities, The Ryder is a boutique escape-meets-experience with a pool, coffee bar, and tropical bar made for the independent, fun-loving, and creatively curious spirit in all of us.

• Eyes are always on the critical 6: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness
• Anticipate items to stock during shift - prior to running out
• Understand bar equipment and how to troubleshoot problems during shift (Low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys, etc.)
• Maintain bar cleanliness from all angles - the bar top where guests are seated, the bar back where spirits, glassware, supplies are located, waste bins, and floors
• Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality

• Prior experience highly preferred
• A proactive and detailed demeanor
