Bojangles @ Bluewater is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill the role of General Manager at various locations, including Charleston, SC, North Charleston, SC., Cain Bay, SC, and Ravenel.

General Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

• Leading and Developing Teams: Hiring, training, and motivating a team of employees to provide exceptional Southern Hospitality to guests.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, and adhering to all regulations.
• Financial Performance: Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and strategic planning.
• Customer Satisfaction: Cultivating a positive dining experience and resolving any customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Community Engagement: Fostering external relationships, including recruitment and sales growth through catering and digital platforms.

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry is generally required.

• Availability: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a required 50‑hour work week.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs. Also, able to work in a high‑paced environment.
