GM and Food role at Target requiring engagement with guests, inventory management, replenishment, and support for fulfillment processes across General Merchandise areas.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and provide helpful service.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Help with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified for moving merchandise or store fixtures where applicable.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Know the resources, products, and services available to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to related laws.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Thrives in a fast-moving, physically active role with flexibility in hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments for certain duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of shift; shift length may vary.
