We are seeking a friendly, health-minded Retail Sales Associate to join our vitamin and supplement store team. This role focuses on educating customers, providing personalized product recommendations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people improve their health and is comfortable discussing supplements, nutrition, and wellness goals (training provided).

You are not just a cashier — you are a wellness guide.

• Greet every customer warmly and professionally.
• Ask discovery questions to understand health goals (energy, sleep, immunity, weight, gut health, hormones, etc.).
• Provide personalized supplement and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product benefits, differences, and proper usage.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and repeat clientele.
• Handle concerns and product questions confidently and compassionately.

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
• Recommend add‑on products and bundle solutions.
• Promote memberships, loyalty programs, and promotions.
• Follow store sales scripts and consultation flow.
• Track customer preferences and follow‑ups.

• Learn supplement categories (training provided):
  • Vitamins & minerals.
  • Herbal supplements.
  • Gut health & probiotics.
  • Hormonal support.
  • Immune support.
  • Sports nutrition.
  • Functional medicine protocols.
• Stay current on new products and wellness trends.
• Attend periodic staff education sessions.

• Operate POS register and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized displays.
• Rotate inventory and check expiration dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assist with receiving and inventory counts.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or fitness.
• Comfortable learning scientific product information.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Experience in supplement, pharmacy, gym, or health store.
• Background in nutrition, fitness, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with functional medicine concepts.
• Personal interest in holistic health.
