Folly Beach Golf Cart is the island’s go-to golf cart rental and service company. We focus on reliable operations, strong systems, and delivering a great customer experience every time.

We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee daily rental operations and ensure smooth, professional service at our location.

This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, especially during peak season.

• Lead and grow business operations
• Direct team and manage day‑to‑day task distribution
• Develop sales strategies and growth programs
• Oversee sales forecasting and budget performance
• Evaluate and improve team performance
• Train and coach team to drive high performance

We are intentionally keeping this simple.

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Team supervision experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Available to work weekends and peak season hours

No golf cart experience required. We will train the right person.
