Position SummaryThis entry-level full-time position supports customer service operations and cross-functional order management in a fast-paced environment. This position must maintain a professional attitude and appearance. The position will work closely with customers, production, sales, art department and product development teams. The position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize duties as well as strong communication skills.
This role offers an opportunity for growth within the organization, including potential advancement into the sales department. Reports to CS Manager.
- Decorated and Blank Garment Customer Service Support
- Delivers exceptional and timely customer service to our customers and members within our organization via email and phone
- Data entry for Sales Orders;
Audits all orders for accuracy in customer information, style, quantity, and pricing - Coordinates information and works cross-functionally within sales, art department, production and shipping to monitor order status and ensure deadlines are being met
- Answers customer inquiries/requests and provides order tracking updates via email and phone
- Handles all aspects of the Return Authorization/Credit Process
- Misc. projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Strong organizational skills, data entry, ability to multitask and high attention to detail
- Previous customer service, retail, or reception experience a plus
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- 401(k) with company match
- Full-Time Status – Day Shift – Monday through Friday
- $18 - $23 per hour, based on experience
